Assistant Principal

Friendship family,

I am super excited to introduce myself as your new assistant principal. I am already enjoying every day as part of this wonderful community and am confident that this is going to be an awesome year!  My goal as your assistant principal will be to support our staff and families with whatever you need to meet our students' needs and to keep our school safe. 

This is my 21st year as an educator and all of my years have been in Davidson County Schools. I've been a teacher, a reading specialist, an assistant principal, and an instructional coach. All of these roles have been great experiences and I love my job as an educator! In addition to being an educator, I also love my role as a wife and mom of three kids (ages 5, 8, and 12). My husband and I spend a lot of our time outside of school cheering them on at softball, baseball, basketball, and gymnastics events!

Communication is very important to me and I am a firm believer in the importance of forming partnerships between the school and our families. Therefore, please know that I am here to listen to concerns and celebrations at any time.  I look forward to meeting you soon!
