Introduction
Hi! I'm Mair Leonard and this is my twelfth year here at Friendship Elementary. My professional experience includes home health, hospital, skilled nursing, and early intervention settings. I've been a school-based SLP since 2000 and with Davidson County Schools since 2003. I received a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University and maintain accreditation with American Speech, Hearing and Language Association and the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologists.
My role here at Friendship Elementary School includes providing speech/language services for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEP) or Private School Service Plans (PSSP) from kindergarten to fifth grade.
